Do You Eat Too Much Sugar? What Happens When Eating Sugar? Dangers In Diet!

By

Simple sugar is found everywhere. It is in packaged food, candy, gum, cake, yogurt, diet drinks, jam, bread and even spaghetti and French fries.

Sugar is extremely difficult to remove from your diet unless you make a conscious effort in doing so ... It is easily found in many foods under different names. Sugar is camouflaged with unique names that are hard to understand or is undeniably a poison derivative made to lead you into taking prescription drugs.

If a food ingredient is hard to pronounce, it is most likely not a healthy-food choice.

Your body reacts more quickly to the presence of simple sugar than it does to the presence of complex carbohydrates. Your brain craves enormous amounts of sugar because it uses sugar for fuel.

Simple sugar is rapidly absorbed by your cells and it wreaks havoc on your body by creating unnecessary inflammation. Inflammation is usually the cause of most illnesses.

Definitely you need to stay away from artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners are caner causing chemicals that produce the sweetness of sugar without the calories and are much sweeter than sugar. The food labels will read “sugar free” or “no sugar added”. The tradeoff is particularly regarding your health!

Diet sugars satisfy your hunger for a little while then they make you crave extra foods with calories since your nutritional needs are not being met.

Stay clear of foods containing the following sugar substitute poisons: Aspartame, NutraSweet, Equal, Saccharin, Sweet N Low, Sugar Twin, Acesulfame-K, Sweet One, Sunett, Neotame, Sucralos and Splenda.

Consumption of theses artificial sweeteners has been linked to causing cancer, brain tumors, leukemia, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. The FDA has approved these poisonous sugars for safe consumption for the general public not looking out for your best interest because their sole discretion is all about making a profit. Their pockets are lines with mega millions with the more you eat and the more medication and over the counter drugs you ingest.

It is wiser to eat real sugar in smaller quantities than large amounts of artificial sugar composed of formaldehyde, chlorine and aspartic acid that is low in calories.

Becoming familiar with the growing list of sugar names will help you in your quest to weed out simple sugars from your diet, the leading cause of weigh gain and degenerative disease.

I KNOW I should stop using artifiacial sweeteners, and I have scaled back drastically. Still working on it.I think sugar must be an addiction!

It's so easy to get hooked on eating too much sugar! Your taste buds easily welcome it. Once you scale back on eating too much sugar you'll find some things taste way too sweet. You won't want to eat it.

I agree with you whole-heartedly.

But if you just "have" to use a sweetener, then Splenda is probably your best bet as it does not raise blood sugar levels(a killer for diabetics)even though it is a direct by-product of sugar.

As for Stevia, the jury is still out in terms of pure science. At least that's what I read in the Journal of Food Science as published by the American Chemical Society.

great information on sugar, and I agree with you on the artifical sweetners, they just leave your body wanting more. I cannot believe how they hide the sugar in products. wow what and eye opener.
