Do You Crave Healthy Skin? What Vitamin Are Lacking When You Get Moles&Skin Tags! How Can Tell If Your Organs Overworked

By

All through the winter, you dream of the sizzling summer season, when the sun will delicately reveal the radiant beauty of your supple skin and give you a healthy glow. You imagine the time when you will be able to take off your heavy coat with winter scarf and hat when looking out your frosted window that depicts a wintery weather pattern filled with cold icicles on the trees and soft snow on the ground.

You delight in wearing light clothing, shorter skirts if you are female and short sleeve shirts with tank tops during the hot summer months. You long for the warm feel of the sun and refreshing breeze on your skin and want a glowing complexion that indicates thriving health a way off from a pale washed out winter complexion.

You may not think of your skin as an organ like your heart and lungs; nevertheless it is considered the largest organ in your body. It is a cleansing organ that serves as a protective covering with pleasant characteristics that help to define your unique features. Your skin excretes about a pound of bodily waste and toxins through your sweat glands and shedding of dead skin layers, in addition, to regulating your body temperature.

When your skin pores become clogged with dead cells your skin loses its capacity to eliminate daily toxic buildup such as uric acid and elasticity. The detoxifying load falls upon your delicate kidneys, and your tough liver to eliminate this increasing load of toxins that cause them to become overworked. This causes a slowing down of your cells regeneration process and oxidation of all your precious cells.

Did you know your body also breathes through your skin by absorbing oxygen and exhaling the carbon dioxide that forms in your tissues? When your skin is healthy, it is able to aid your body to function properly and helps prevent premature aging.

When you skin is dry, itchy or easily irritated, there is a fair chance you need to eat more foods with essential fatty acids in your diet to plumb up the fat content of your skin to make it turn into smooth, soft skin. Drink more water and eat foods containing specific skin care vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin A and all the B vitamins. Your skin will look radiant when you regularly eat foods that contain flax seed, walnuts, and sunflower oils and eat less of deep fried, fatty foods that are loaded with Trans Fatty Acids which promote free radical damage to your underlying skin tissue.

It is more efficient to get these vitamins in authentic foods, foods that are natural, complete and nutrient dense as opposed to synthetic vitamin pills that will overtax your liver and kidneys with mega doses that require a lot of processing to leave your body. Synthetic vitamins promote the color of your urine to be dark yellow or orange signaling that your organs are being overworked a sure sign leading to a mechanical breakdown of your bodily systems.

The vitamin C content in leafy vegetables and fruits such as kiwi, strawberries and fresh squeezed orange juice naturally feed the collagen of your skin. Collagen is the elastic cement that holds the cells of your body together and keeps your skin tight, free from wrinkles and flabbiness. You must ultimately get vitamin C from fruits and vegetables because your body does not know how to synthesize this most powerful vitamin. You will know when you are lacking in vitamin C since your gums will tend to bleed when you floss and brush your teeth, and then the collagen in your skin will start to break down and lose its elasticity and become lifeless and begin to sag.

Vitamin A is easily assimilated when you eat carrots, sea vegetables, mangos, dried apricots, collard greens and many other fruits and vegetables. Vitamin A aids to maintain smooth, soft skin and helps in the growth and repair of your body tissues so does the B vitamins all benefit the health of your skin. B vitamins naturally occur in nutritional yeast, whole grains, raw nuts, green leafy vegetables, beans and sunflower seeds including a delicacy of soybeans called miso eaten wholeheartedly in Japanese cuisine helping your skin to retain its youthful appearance.

Eating health foods nourishes your skin from the inside to nourish your skin from the inside it is necessary to exercise to sweat and to dry brush your skin and use an uncommonly mild soap that does not have a tendency to dry out your skin by washing away your skins surface oils. Using a dry brush made of natural bristles before bathing stimulates your skin, aids in detoxification and helps to keep unclog your skin pores keeping your skin healthy.

In eating whole foods, exercising, and gently cleaning your skin you will be able to achieve a glowing complexion that will automatically raise your self esteem and keep your body functioning at a peak efficiency detoxifying and repairing your body’s tissues.
