Dry Skin Eats What Lotion? Does Use of Best Food Grade Products Matter? Such as Philippines Coconut Oil or Almond Soap?

Skin Beauty Tip

Using Natural Moisturizers on Your Skin Will AVERT the Absorption of Toxic Chemicals into Your Bloodstream!

The General guideline to follow is to:

Remember… your Skin Breathes and absorbs every product you put on it! If you literally can’t Eat the Lotion then it doesn’t belong on your Skin!

This is a major reason why you should use food grade products on your shin. However, using minimally processed moisturizer products is good as long as your not allergic to any of its ingredients.

The most important function of your skin is to sweat and to convert sunlight into Vitamin D. Any product containing chemicals or additives prevents it from performing its main goal which is to encourage lymphatic drainage of your lymph nodes to clean your cells waste. When this drainage is continually blocked this sets the stage for cancer cells to proliferate and multiply.

It is best to apply Food Grade Oils and Fruit Pulp Juice on your skin to maximize its' elasticity and ability to sweat toxins out of your cells.

You could Aloe Vera Inner Leaf, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Organic Almond Oil mixed with a few drops of your favorite Essential Oil as a skin moisturizer.

Aloe Vera Inner Leaf will help your skin heal if you have blotches or pimples.

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is a superior emollient with a delightful scent that is fast absorbing. It's a solid at temperatures below 76 degrees and easily glides when you apply it. It will help to heal your skin over all even if you suffer with eczema or sweaty feet with odors.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a little pungent however the scent gradually dissipates. It will help your skin to glow.

Organic Almond Oil is a high-quality massage oil to use during your Massage Therapy Sessions. It helps to dissolve stress knots in your muscles while your therapist is kneading you.

I like to mix these Food Grade Oils with either Lavender or Rose Essential Oil. These mixtures have a pleasant aroma and I notice it helps me fall into a very calm slumber when I apply it before bedtime.

To maintain glowing skin, it’s important to get adequate sunlight and follow a daily skin regiment of:

  • Dry Brushing your skin with Natural Fibers before bathing
  • Drinking at least at least 8 glasses of Pure Water
  • Consuming several servings of Vegetables and Fruits
  • Eating Quality Proteins

HOW IS YOUR SKIN REACTING TO YOUR SKIN CARING REGIMENT? Is your skin supple and smooth or is it rough or plagued by embarrassing acne?

Remember your skin blossoms with the more colorful whole foods you eat as your blood circulates like a beautiful lively design.

I am not very good at drinking 8 glasses of water. I know I should but I find it so difficult. Great information here as always.

Thank you Acaetnna! Drinking 8 glasses of water becomes easier when you have a glass of water next to you on your desk when you are working. The full glass of water reminds you to drink and you will find yourself reaching to take sips often.
