Coping with Cancer Fatigue
Everyone Has Cancer Cells
There are many things you can do to cope with cancer fatigue. You can beat it if you're diligent in changing the bad habits that are causing your cancer. This must be your will! Everyone has cancer cells and feels a dose of tiredness from time to time, except, their immune system is notorious for destroying the offensive cells.
For a good night’s rest, you shouldn't lie in bed all day. Though it's important to rest a few times a day, getting up to walk will keep you from developing soreness and blood clots.
Get some fresh air every day and make time to do a few light exercises for no more than 10 minutes at a time. Remember to drink extra water because dehydration will make your cancer fatigue worse. Opt to drink at least ten glasses of water a day.
Eat Healthy and Nutritious Food
Your appetite may decrease while you're undergoing cancer treatment, therefore, it's important to force yourself to eat more and choose nutritious foods. If you don't eat you won't have enough calories for your basic metabolic functions and your energy will pale. Potato chips, crackers, and junk foods should not be consumed.
Stay away from sugary snacks and sugar altogether. Sugar is a notorious culprit that will feed your cancer cells by aiding them to proliferate. You may crave sugar, and this is your cancer cells signaling to your brain, that they want to eat. Refuse to feed your cancer cells!
Therefore, you must fight your cravings. Understand why you crave certain foods, for instance, a craving for chocolate signals you're probably deficient in magnesium. Instead of eating a sugary milk chocolate candy bar, eat dark chocolate that contains less than 3 grams of sugar.
Stevia is a fabulous sugar substitute that comes from a plant. It doesn't spike insulin levels, nor does it require enzymes for digestion. You can use it in your coffee.
The optimal cancer diet is the Paleo one. It advocates the consumption of vegetables with quality meats, wild fish, and minimal fruits. Potatoes, rice, and bread are not allowed since they will feed cancer cells and you should avoid such foods.
Nuts are great to snack on, but peanuts or peanut butter are not good for your delicate digestive tract. You want your food to be your medicine! The more nutritious food you take in the more energy you'll enjoy.
Make your meals organic so you can avoid chemicals, additives, and preservatives. Soda is not allowed, and neither is fruit juice and packaged foods that contain MSG or High Fructose Corn Syrup. You can take a handful of delicious berries with filtered water and whisk them in a blender like the Magic Bullet. Add a teaspoon of Moringa Leaf powder for a boost of energy.

Bouncing on a Mini Trampoline Helps with Cancer Fatigue
I discovered a healthy bounce on a mini trampoline with bars is a tremendous help in fighting cancer fatigue. All you must do is bounce for at least ten minutes a day. Your energy will increase, and you'll be helping your cancer tremendously since you'll be draining your lymphatic system. Cancer normally spreads to the lymph nodes and jumping on a trampoline is a great way to detoxify your cancerous condition.
Drink Organic Vegetable Smoothies at Least 3 Times a Day
Drinking fresh vegetable juices throughout the day helps with cancer fatigue tremendously. It gives your digestion a break so your immune system can destroy your cancer cells. A wholesome meal consisting of mostly vegetables and wild fish will not tax your digestive system. This, in turn, will give your body the chance to fight your cancer and fatigue even more.
Of course, you want to treat your cancer gently. Perhaps, you’re going through rigorous chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a process that renders one extremely tired because it is detrimental to your healthy cells too. You must find a smart way to boost your good cells. You want your healthy cells to quickly kill and destroy your notorious cancer cells, before, they quickly multiply. Eating healthy and drinking blended vegetable smoothies will assist you with your energy and help your cancer go into remission.
Oil Pulling Will Help Your Energy to Soar
Doctor Karesh discovered a concept called oil pulling. He claims can heal cancer and remove cancer fungi from the body.
It's simple; all you do every day on an empty stomach for a week at a time, before your first meal is oil pull. Drink into your mouth about an ounce of your favorite oil. He recommends' sesame oil, because of its high vitamin E content or one that is raw and not processed. I like to use coconut oil, because of its medium-chain fatty acids. MCFA is known for its anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties. Since cancer has been deemed a fungus, I feel coconut oil is a great oil to use and eat daily.
Do not swallow this oil. You must keep it in your mouth and switch it around with your tongue for about ten to twenty minutes. Then spit it out of your mouth into a sink or toilet. And voila, you should feel better and have gained more energy from your dreadful illness. Medical doctors are now saying cancer is a fungus that starts from Candida overgrowth if you're not a smoker.
Dr. Karesh’s cancer-free method is natural, except, there is another way. It is evasive, the conventional doctor's way, and is extremely complicated. Chemotherapy,
Chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation are successful in eradicating cancer only three percent of the time. Natural methods such as vegetable juicing and oil pulling are about forty percent successful and help with cancer fatigue.
