Meridian Points! You're probably wondering what this is!

Most hair lost is attributed to poor circulation. That is poor circulation in your scalp. If your head is not breathing the way it should be, your hair follicles will start falling off. I think everyone probably hates the look and feel of their thinning scalp.

I believe the best way to overcome this terrible problem is to do a combination of things.

1. Exercise to sweat according to your capability.

2. Massage your scalp with your fingers. I found a charming gadget by the name of Mag-Gro to be particularly useful in helping my hair to grow thickly.

3. Tapping your head gently is effective in helping to increase blood flow to your scalp and tapping everywhere else in your body for relaxation is remarkable for lymph drainage.

Meridian points are actually acupressure points located though out your body.

Tapping this points while your resting or when you are getting ready to fall asleep is an effective way to distress and increase blood flow to your scalp

I usually listen to my favorite music and close my eyes and notice my breathe. I think of my beautiful hair growing and I relax while gently tapping my body.

Special shampoos for hair loss are a tremendous help in helping to recover lost hair follicles.

Acupuncture is exceptional and works quickly; however, it is expensive.

Getting frustrated doesn't help with hair lost at all!

Being patient makes an enormous difference in how your hair grows.

It takes time for hair to regrow. You need to check your food plan, and start eating more whole foods! By eating food that are packed with nutrients and vitamins, your hair is fortified. Your healthy diet will help to make your hair shine with luster and elasticity. And snack foods that are packed with energy forces help to oxygenate you with energy when you exercise to sweat.

Doing all of this simultaneously in a given period of time will prove to be a tremendous advantage in your repertoire of actions against the cause of your hair lost.

If your not getting the results you desire, I suggest you consult a dermatologist.

Interesting hub Craan! Could these methods help men who are going bald too? or is it just for minor cases of hair loss?

I think my advice applies to minor cases of hair loss.
